NC State landed one of the top remaining 2015 prospects on its board Wednesday evening when four-star Durham Hillside offensive tackle Emanuel McGirt verbaled to the Wolfpack. McGirt seemed like a Pack lean for a while, so it's good to see this become official. RED LIGHT ON

The 6-6, 275-pounder projects as a tackle in college and could become an early contributor for the Wolfpack, which is losing both tackles to graduation after this season. He is the No. 150 overall prospect, the No. 15 offensive tackle, and No. 6 prospect from North Carolina, according to 247Sports.
.@Mcgirt7 on commitment ---"The coaches, you know they're my kind of people. I'm cool with all the players. I feel at home there."

McGirt originally committed to UNC in June before opting to re-open his recruitment. He's taken visits to Georgia, Penn State, and Virginia Tech since decommitting from the Heels, and he also has scholarship offers from Tennessee, LSU, Florida, South Carolina, and Miami. Pretty good list.
McGirt is the second consensus four-star player to become a part of #PACK15, joining DE Darian Roseboro. NC State has 16 commitments in its 2015 class, leaving probably just a few more names to watch: running back Nyheim Hines, running back Johnny Frasier, and athlete/DB Mike Hughes.
