NC State continues to add depth to its defensive line, this time with the commitment of three-star defensive tackle Eurndraus Bryant. Bryant, who is from South Carolina, also had been contemplating offers from East Carolina, Georgia Southern, and Wake Forest.

Academics were a concern in Bryant's case, which limited interest from more power-conference schools, but as it became increasingly clear that he would qualify, he started hearing from a lot of different schools.

Bryant turned some heads in December with his effort at the Shrine Bowl of the Carolinas.
Six tackles, 2 sacks, 3.5 TFL, one forced fumble, one fumble recovered for fort Dorchester's Eurndraus Bryant in shrine bowl. Big E can play

In a Shrine Bowl report from 247Sports:
Best 3-4 nose - Eurndraus Bryant is listed at 6-2, 320 pounds. It's hard to tell if that's an accurate height and weight or not because the three-star is as wide as he is tall and he's huge in the lower body but he can't be blocked. Including Top100 Army All-American Albert Huggins, Bryant was probably the best defensive lineman on Monday for the South Carolina squad and assuming he gets his academics in order, he's a no doubt FBS level nose and a good one at that.
Sounds good to me! Bryant is a consensus three-star prospect, ranked as a top-100 DT in the 2015 class and one of the best 20 or 25 players from South Carolina. Pretty nice grab by the staff late in the process, and potentially a key one considering the production at tackle that State has to replace.
While NC State's running back class understandably has drawn the bulk of the attention, the Wolfpack has a really solid group of defensive linemen set to join the fold--Bryant is the sixth player listed at either DE or DT in this class. Four-star DE Darian Roseboro is the headliner of that bunch.
