NC State is off and running in June with the verbal commitment of class of 2022 quarterback MJ Morris, who chose the Wolfpack over Georgia Tech and Nebraska. Morris is a four-star recruit in the 247Sports composite rankings.

Morris is also a baseball player, and based on the above image, I wonder if he’s also hoping to play for Elliott Avent’s club. (If Avent gave a helping hand in his recruitment, that wouldn’t be surprising, either.)
