Where does Dave Doeren rank among power conference head coaches?

Mark Zerof-USA TODAY Sports

It's the college football offseason, so why not take a shot at ranking the coaches in the Power Five conferences? CBS Sports attempted to order each head coach within the major conferences (plus Notre Dame and BYU), and they got this list from 66 to 26, which has Dave Doeren at No. 42.

42. Dave Doeren, NC State: Doeren is only 11-14 in two years with the Wolfpack, but he won eight games last season and has two conference titles from his time at Northern Illinois.

Doeren ranks a couple of spots ahead of Larry Fedora, who somehow ranks ahead of Pat Fitzgerald, Steve Addazio, and Al Golden. If the you follow CBS' criteria and answer the question "who do you want coaching your team right now?" how do you rank the coaches outside of the obvious choices?

So, basically, how do you rank coaches 26 through 66? Is Dave Doeren in the right spot, or does he need to be higher up the board? Lower? Who is the most overrated coach in college football? Most underrated? Other than Mr. and Mrs. Wuf. We know they're great coaches, costumes be damned.
