The media's votes are in, and NC State landed about where everyone expected--fourth behind Clemson, Florida State, and Louisville. The only real uncertainty was whether or not the Wolfpack would be picked ahead of Louisville.
Clemson is the favorite to win the ACC this season, and if DeShaun Watson can actually stay healthy for an entire year, that seems like a reasonable pick. According to the league's release, State received one ACC title vote but apparently got no Atlantic Division first place votes so ... okay? Must be another typo. But at least there were no swears involved this time, right?
Over in the Coastal, there's the usual wide variety of guesses, with Georgia Tech picked to repeat. Six of the seven teams in that division received multiple first-place votes.
