Highlights! NC State pours some points on Arizona State

NC State scored a season-high 52 points in the Sun Bowl against Arizona State and did not punt during the first half. Frankly I’d have liked to see the non-punt streak extend through the entire game, but one can only ask so much. This is a great way to end a good football season.

Scored 52 and won by three scores; I got nothing to complain about. I mean other than the absence going forward of all the dudes who played their last game for NC State today. That is a real bummer. But this is a great way to finish off the 2017 season, and by the way Jaylen Samuels about near returned an onside kick for a touchdown.

This was a bowl game in the pure spirit of bowl games, screwy in all the right ways. And NC State won by a lot, which is the important part.
