NC State’s 2018 ACC football schedule released

The 2018 ACC football schedule is out. The complete schedule for each team is available here. NC State will open league play at home against Virginia on Sept. 29; the Wolfpack has a very manageable first half that hopefully will get the Pack off to a good start.

The complete NC State schedule:

Sept. 1 — vs. James Madison

Sept. 8 — vs. Georgia State

Sept. 15 — vs. West Virginia

Sept. 22 — at Marshall

Sept. 29 — vs. Virginia

Oct. 6 — vs. Boston College

Oct. 20 — at Clemson

Oct. 27 — at Syracuse

Nov. 3 — vs. Florida State

Nov. 8 — vs. Wake Forest (Thursday)

Nov. 17 — at Louisville

Nov. 24 — at North Carolina

State could easily be 3-1 heading into a big homestand against FSU and Wake Forest, but the non-conference portion of the schedule figures to be tough. James Madison has played in the FCS title game in each of the last two seasons, and no doubt WVU will be a stiff test for a new-look defense.
