NC States has set up a tentative home game with East Carolina on Dec. 1 to make up for the earlier cancellation of the West Virginia game due to Hurricane Florence. This is, of course, assuming that neither team is playing in their respective conference championship game on that day. If you’re a season ticket holder (and/or have a parking pass), your
tickets for the West Virginia game will be honored at the ECU game.
Also, brace yourselves, it’ll be a noon game (but that makes sense given that provides the greatest opportunity for television viewership).
In addition to this one-off game, two additional future games in the NCSU-ECU series have been scheduled. The Pirates will come to Raleigh in 2025, while the Wolfpack will travel to Greenville in 2028. This extends the series to four games past this season; the series was previously set to expire following a game in Greenville in 2022 (the two teams are also scheduled to open the 2019 season in Raleigh).
