Wolfpack places six on All-ACC Football 1st Team

Eight NC State Football players were recognized by the ACC today for their exemplary play this year, with six being designated as 1st Team All-Conference selections. Those six 1st Team selections were the most of any single team in the conference. The Wolfpack also had a player each named 2nd Team, 3rd Team, and Honorable Mention, bringing the total number of State players honored to nine.

Previously under Dave Doeren, the Wolfpack had two All-ACC selections in 2013 (both Honorable Mention), four in 2014 (1 First Team, 3 Honorable Mention), seven in 2015 (2 First Team, 1 Second Team, 4 Honorable Mention), six in 2016 (2 Second Team, 1 Third Team, 3 Honorable Mention), and eleven in 2017 (3 First Team, 3 Second Team, 2 Third Team, 3 Honorable Mention).
