BTP Pregame Predictions: Georgia State

Georgia State comes into Raleigh to take on the Wolfpack in what is sure to be another scorcher (at least on the thermometer). The Panthers aren’t exactly world-beaters, and they will almost surely be a step down from James Madison, but State showed enough flaws in the opener last week that this game carries some significant weight for the Pack. Can State avoid the letdown game and put another notch in the ‘Win’ column?
