Week 11 Football: What to watch (Basketball Is Back! edition)

Guess what time of year it is! Tuesday MACtion time! Oh yeah - and College Basketball season is upon us!

The ACC is diving in full force on college basketball season this year to try and drive as many eyeballs as possible to the ACC Network, and that’s perfectly fine with me. NC State starts off with Georgia Tech in a home game to tip off the season.

If you’re for some weird reason not interested in that - or if you want to multitask and get your fill of college football in - turn on the Ball State @ Western Michigan game at 8:00pm. That’s shaping up to be a great game. Oh, and there are some other notable basketball games Tuesday night.

There’s more football MACtion Wednesday night, plus another four ACC basketball games to catch - seriously, this is a great week of sports watching.

Thursday it’s back to football. UL-Lafayette is going to kill Coastal Carolina, so instead check out that Temple @ USF game. Fridays games are going to be lousy. Go do something else.

The whole college football world is going to focus around two games on Saturday: Penn State @ Minnesota (no, for real) and LSU @ Alabama, and rightfully so. There are some other good matchups there, including a bunch of interesting Big XII games. App State also goes for the sweep of the “Carolinas”, which would be pretty cool.
