On Wednesday, ESPN announced the college football schedule for the first three weeks of the brand new ACC Network, which is now 100 days from its debut. NC State’s game against East Carolina will be the first of a triple-header on the channel, and it begins at noon ET, of course.

But uh, hey, at least it’s not an 11 a.m. game, right? Or maybe that would be better because of the temperatures. Well, anyway, if this is how it’s got to be to help the new network, I guess we can’t complain too much. There’s a lot riding on its success for the league.
The ACC Network still has not finalized distribution deals with any major cable providers, though I’d imagine that’ll get done before August 29. The network already has a deal in place with DirecTV, in addition to Hulu and Playstation Vue. You can stay up to date on distribution partners here, if you are so inclined.
