There was some good luck here and there amid NC State’s five-game winning streak over UNC during this period, and there’s no better example than this completely-the-opposite-of-NC-State-shit play right here. (Don’t worry about that missed block, James Washington, we forgive you.)
State really hadn’t played well up to that point and would have gone into the fourth quarter down two scores if that miracle conversion hadn’t happened. As it was, the Pack had the lead less than two minutes of game time later, courtesy T.J. Graham. Huge swing in a short amount of time to completely turn that game around.
