NC State’s 13th ranked transfer recruiting class is about to move up. Noah Rogers, a five-star wide receiver from the 2023 recruiting class, has committed to the Wolfpack. He is the 8th ranked transfer WR and gives NC State four Top 100 transfers (TE Justin Joly, RB Jordan Waters, QB Grayson McCall).

Coming out of high school a year ago, Rogers was the 2nd ranked player in the state of North Carolina, the 8th ranked wide receiver nationally, and overall the 40th ranked player in the entire class. NC State was in his final five during his high school recruitment, but while the Wolfpack didn’t win his services outright from Rolesville High School, Rogers will be making his first collegiate reception in an NC State uniform.

Rogers is the 7th offensive addition for the 2024 NC State roster via the transfer portal. He will join an already impressive incoming group of receivers in a mostly revamped WR room for the Wolfpack.
