Did you guys know that Jakobi Meyers was a quarterback in high school? Well it’s true! He has spent all his time at wide receiver since entering college, but he hasn’t lost his ability to throw the ball accurately, as he showed in the Patriots’ game against Tampa last night. Twice, even!

That second throw was perfection, but alas, the Patriots ended up settling for a field goal on that drive, and that proved costly in the end. Meyers did everything he could to deliver a victory for New England, finishing 2-2 for 45 yards passing while also making a team-high eight catches for 70 yards. That’s a solid night’s work.
