NC State’s ACC Network takeover day scheduled for July 12

NCAA Womens Basketball: Atlantic Coast Conference Tournament - Louisville vs NC State Jim Dedmon-USA TODAY Sports

Among the many perks of making the College World Series is that it makes the offseason feel a hell of a lot shorter. Hell, it’s July already, and August brings the start of fall camp in football! It’s like there’s hardly any time to kill.

But to help us bridge the time, the ACC Network is doing another wave of school takeovers to look back at the 2020-21 athletic season. NC State’s day is July 12, per ESPN’s release.

There’s nothing in that release about what games they will be rebroadcasting, so I scrolled ahead in my channel guide and here’s what it says is scheduled for the 12th:

6 a.m. ET — Wake Forest at NC State (football)

9 a.m. — NC State at Louisville (women’s basketball)

11 a.m. — NC State at Pittsburgh (football)

2 p.m. — UNC at NC State (men’s basketball)

4 p.m. — Florida State at NC State (football)

7 p.m. — NC State vs. Louisville (ACC women’s hoops tournament final)

I’d rather see the football game against Syracuse rather than Florida State, but otherwise, pretty good lineup here. Maybe there’s still time to fit in NC State’s game three win over Arkansas in the Supers.
